Email is the very best way to reach us if you need to ask a question, make a change or just get in touch. Whenever you need us, shoot a note to frank@pteventgroup.com, and we’ll respond as soon as possible. 

We’ll hold meetings over the phone or through video chat. We’re certainly available to meet in person, most often in the evening during the workweek. Just allow us enough notice, and we’ll make that happen. 

As we work through the planning process, we’ll send you a number of email messages containing reminders and helpful information. Be sure to add us to your contacts to ensure the messages don’t fall into the spam abyss. After your wedding, we’ll send one more email asking for feedback about your experience. Your response will help us continue to enhance our services and give others a better idea of what we’re all about. 

Depending on the services you’ve chosen, we’ll arrive at the venue one to two hours before the event to begin our setup. 

Without a doubt, it’s our favorite part and we usually find that it’s super important to our clients, as well. For the very best experience, spend some time using our planning tool. We’ll help fill in any gaps.

Do not feel obligated to feed us. However, if you’d like us to have a meal, we’re happy to make ourselves invisible while we eat.

Tipping is optional. When clients choose to tip because they’ve had the time of their lives, it’s usually between 10% and 20%.
