But in the years since we’ve been in business, we’ve realized that we do our best work when we approach an event more holistically. For sure, the focus of the work is the music, but our ultimate goal is to help shape the whole experience — for your guests, of course, but mostly for YOU.

We do a lot of work up front to learn about our clients and their needs. We listen to ideas, make suggestions and ask for feedback. We want to know if you’re nervous about the first dance, if there’s a song that will ruin your night, and if we shouldn’t give a mic to your wacky uncle.

The more we know about you and your crew, the more we can tailor to your taste, style and comfort.

Research and homework

Once you’ve signed a contract, we’ll give you access to our online planning tool that will help you start putting together your playlist. We’ll help you find new music, capture all your favorites and make sure there’s something for everyone. 

Do you want a special introduction for your great-grandmother? We’re all about it. Need us to work with the rest of the vendor team? We’re happy to. 

Tell us everything you want to be part of your day. Our job is to help you design a program that will keep things going but is flexible enough to withstand any hiccups.

Collaborate and plan

Your entire job on the day of your wedding is to soak up every moment and celebrate your joy and love. 

Meanwhile, we’ll put your plan in motion and become the face of your timeline. We’ll ensure smooth transitions between activities, always prepping folks for what’s next. And if meal service takes longer than expected or that uncle of yours takes the long way around his toast, we’ll be ready to adjust someplace else. 

Most importantly, we’ll engage the crowd early and often, constantly reading the mood of the room and injecting the right kind of energy at the right time to keep the party going at the right pace.

Get set and go

An event host understands that just like a good story, a good party has a beginning, middle and end. It’s the end of the reception that leaves your guests tired and cranky or exhilarated and nostalgic.
